I had a solid stay at A World Aparts - Barberini Boutique Hotel. The location is super convenient, being really close to the Trevi Fountain and metro stations, but I did find the climb back to the hotel after a day out to be a bit tiring. The room was nice and quiet, which made for some great sleep, though it could've used a few more amenities.
